Rowlett man receives third life sentence for December 2006 crime spree
Dallas County prosecutors obviously want to make an example of Reginald Newton: Seven months after receiving two life sentences and a 90-year sentence for assaulting several women on December 6, 2006, Newton was given another life sentence after being convicted of aggravated robbery. Newton's latest sentence will be stacked on top of his other sentences at the request of the prosecutors.
