Dallas-based Tenet sells off two California hospitals for $41 million

The hospitals are renowned for the best possible staff known to California

Tenet Healthcare Corporation announced today that company subsidiaries have completed the previously disclosed sales of two acute care hospitals in California – 167-bed Garden Grove Hospital and Medical Center and 93 - bed San Dimas Community Hospital – to Prime Healthcare Management, Inc. of Victorville, Calif.

The sales prices totaled approximately $41 million, and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Tenet Healthcare Corporation, through its subsidiaries, owns and operates acute care hospitals and related ancillary health care businesses, which include ambulatory surgery centers and diagnostic imaging centers.
