Aside from the DWI and criminal mischief charges, the woman will also be court-ordered to use her Halloween decoration money toward creating replacements.
On Tuesday evening, Denton Police responded to a call that a woman was driving her minivan through the Oakwood Cemetery, meaning driving said minivan over the graves.
45-year-old Debra Parks Bagley said she was visiting her grandmother and became sad. A field sobriety test revealed she was intoxicated.
Sixteen gravestones were damaged, broken or knocked off their bases.
