Dallas police find stash of cocaine in car they’ve been driving for two months
It was right under their nose the whole time.
Dallas police found out that a car they'd seized in a drug raid and were driving around contained nearly 50 pounds of cocaine worth $400,000. The coke was hidden in a hydraulically-controlled compartment, which they say is an increasingly popular place to stash your coke.
Weird enough on its own that they found a bunch of coke in a car they'd been driving. But is it common for the police to drive cars they've seized in drug raids? The car was a 2004 black Infiniti seized on May 7. There was also a '99 Honda they sold at auction that they're going to track down and see if there's more cocaine hidden.
