Wells Fargo Bank in Frisco defending itself in racial profiling suit
Helen Bow, a Wells Fargo spokeswoman, issued a statement saying the company stands by its employees' actions and that "we will vigorously defend ourselves."
FRISCO Last fall Derrill Ewans and Camille Lewis, African-American, and Nithya Saravanan and Saravanan Rathinasabapathy, Indian, went to a Wells Fargo branch on Legacy Drive in Frisco to close on a vehicle loan, but instead became victims of robbery suspicion.
Attorney Royce West, Democratic state senator from Dallas, and attorney Mike Gruber have been retained by the four plaintiffs to defend them in a “something in the millions” racial profiling lawsuit.
