Dallas-based GW Equity sells Concise Data Management Inc. to FaceTime Strategy

DALLAS — GW Equity, an advisor to privately held and family-owned businesses for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives, announced the sale of its client Concise Data Management Inc., a Dallas-based direct marketing agency, to FaceTime Strategy, a digital marketing company based in Washington, DC. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

Sometimes, facetime isn't a good thing

Concise Data Management provides data processing and analysis services to the travel, retail and service industries throughout the U.S. The company retained GW Equity to market the business.
