New San Dor, a Cantonese restaurant on Legacy Drive in Plano, closed this week.
The restaurant, which was briefly a foodie hit before the foodie posse turned sour on the place, was located in the Asian mall that also houses Asia Market, Boba Latte, Umeko Sushi, Iravat, and others.
An employee at the nearby Little Sichuan Cuisine said that diners have been coming in all week who'd originally come to the mall to eat at New San Dor. So the closure is doing somebody some good.
Thanks to Donna Chen.
