Richland High School in Birdville ISD wins its first 7-on-7 state football championship
COLLEGE STATION Richland High School won the Division I state 7-on-7 title Saturday against Mesquite. The victory qualifies the team to compete in the national 7-on-7 championship at month's end in Atlanta. The team is expected to decide its participation in that contest by Monday.
