Dallas chef Tom Fleming becomes corporate executive chef for Dallas consulting firm Preferred Restaurant Services

DALLAS Preferred Restaurant Services is proud to announce the appointment of Chef Tom Fleming as their Corporate Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations and concept development for Preferred Restaurant Management Group.
Fleming, who was most recently chef at Central 214, has been featured in Bon Appétit, Southern Living, Gourmet, Esquire, and USA Today. Previous appointments include Old Hickory Steakhouse at the Gaylord Texan Resort, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, and the now-closed Lombardi Mare.
Owned by Dean McSherry, Preferred Restaurant Services provides specialized services to more than 500 restaurants.
