School board is considering action while they continue to look into alleged indiscretions made by Montenegro.
Arlington ISD Superintendent Hector Montenegro sure has had an interesting nine months on the job: He has been investigated for both a possible conflict of interest with a program involved with the district and for running up a huge tab while traveling in San Diego.
