While checking an AC unit in his home's attic, Tarrant County Sheriff Dee Anderson fell through the ceiling, landing on the tile floor below. The 52-year-old broke his wrist in two places and will remain in the hospital until later this week.
Being the Sheriff and all, Anderson can probably come up with a much better story for how he broke his wrist. Falling through the ceiling, eh, it could be more interesting.

I would have made up a story about chasing away some copper thieves ... but either way, that's gotta hurt.
