Parker City Council to explore bond sale, road annexation issues at their regular meeting
When the Parker City Council meets in regular session at City Hall on Tues., July 21 at 7 p.m., the individual consideration items on their agenda will include:
* negotiations with architect Ron Hobbs
* the potential sale of general obligation bonds
* the advisability of allowing PWC (which I'm pretty sure refers to the Parker Women's Club, though I'm in the process of verifying this with the City Secretary) to use the Parker logo
* discussion of a proposal to annex right of way along McCreary Road
* the potential purchase of a server
* the possibility of participating on the Atmos Cities Steering Committee
* the filling of an vacant Parks & Recreation Commission position
But that's not all!
Following up on their Tues. evening session, the council will be meeting again on Wed. (July 23) at 4 p.m. at Southfork Ranch to go over their fiscal year 2008-2009 operational and water budgets.
