Teen act Jonas Brothers moving to Westlake in Tarrant County
The teens and their family are said to be moving into a gated community.
The Jonas Brothers and family are moving to Westlake, reports Dallas Dirt. According to a commenter on the D Home blog, the teen pop act and family are moving to a gated community in the Tarrant County town, where young Frankie will either be home schooled or attend "a Christian school like Faith Christian or Liberty Christian".

I'll have to check this place out over the weekend.

Whoever leaked this information should be ashamed, as should you be for reprinting total conjecture from a blog commenter. Disturbing.
These are people, not your pets - can't we let them live their lives in relative peace? It is sad that successful people have to go to great lengths to find privacy, and then within weeks, people are handing out information to tell the misguided fans and psychos where to congregate.
NICELY DONE.

concerned fan, thanks for your comment. this story we posted on Pegasus News was for the real fans only, not for the misguided fans or the psychos. if you notice, our story never came out and actually identified the address of the house they've purchased as being on Wisteria Way (as they did so callously in the Dallas Morning News).
but i hear what you are saying. i think it's a drag for these three kids barely out of their teens -- 20, 19, and 16 -- still just children really, yet already plastered all over the media and hugely successful and millionaires and playing at stadiums, but not able to move to a small town in Texas without being plagued by media hounds. it seems unfair. i'm just glad they're moving into a gated community. maybe that will keep out some of the misguided people and psychos you mention

I appreciate your response, but just because someone else did it, worse, doesn't make it right to do it as well.
As for what I called misguided fans, I have no doubt they are real and true fans - but many are young and very rabid, and where they are misguided is thinking it is any of their business knowing where and how these people spend the private part of their lives.
And psychos...well, once something is on the internet, anyone can see it. You have no control over that. How long until a major gossip site picks this up?
It's at least rude, at worst dangerous.

I’m concerned about these children being stalked by crazed fans, paparazzi and psychos as well. In fact, I am so concerned that I am going to go out on a limb here and say that Mom and Dad should have really thought this through before pimping them out to an obviously voracious society. Where would we be without Dina Lohan and those like her?

Seriously, though. Do they even have any fans who are old enough to drive? I saw a report on this on the local network news last night. I turned to my husband and asked, "Who is that?" My husband shrugged. So we asked our eighteen year-old daughter. She said, "Oh, they're one of those Disney channel groups."
I doubt they'd get much peace at Grapevine Mall or the Southlake Starbucks. But otherwise, folks up there in Westlake are accustomed to multi millionaire, high profile neighbors.

Is it kinda creepy that ConcernedFan signed up for the site just after this story was posted? Does that mean ConcernedFan was lurking through the interwebs searching for Jonas Bros content and is now concerned about other fans who lurk on the interwebs about the Jonas Bros?
That's very concerning. Perhaps the Jonas Bros should be concerned about ConcernedFan.

I think ConcernedFan is just upset that now everyone else knows where they live, too. Now he'll have to fight a crowd to get to that prime spot up in the tree overlooking their back yard.

At the root of all this I think ConcernedFan is just concerned that Another Bad Creation > Jonas Bros.

You might be more concerned with my deep catalog of New Jack Swing hits and old school jams from that era. ABC is just the tip of the iceberg.
However, it's providing the backbone for one of the most crucial 90's parties ever! ABC, Hi-Five, Troop, Keith Sweat, Johnny Kemp, Bobby Brown, BBD, Ralph Tresvant, Neneh Cherry...it goes on.
Jonas Bros need to be concerned that I'm stealing their thunder!

No worries. Texas has concealed carry and castle laws. Maybe we can all chip in and buy them a nice welcoming gift like one of those "Never mind the dog; beware of owner" doormats.

Thanks, Ashley -- I'm tempted to put up "Poison," too, but I'll refrain. Watching the "Motownphilly" video again, I noticed the random flash to a group named Sudden Impact. Does anybody actually remember this group?

Finally! A band I recognize! I remember Sudden Impact. They caught my eye because of the association with Heat Wave, whom I remember seeing many times when they were touring Germany in the mid 70s.

Wow - you people are a bunch of trolls, huh? Since you spend so much time on the internet, maybe you've heard of Google Alerts? It's not uncommon for fans to subscribe to them - I know many who do. This band has a lot of fans who can drive and are all ages...they are a family band.
FYI I'm not a guy - and YOU all come off sounding like a bunch of electronically self-pleasuring hipster wannabes. While I do love me some ABC, I'll leave you to have all the fun of stalking Pat Benatar, you are probably not that much older than me...but you sure sound it.

ConcernedFan, I'm sure the Jonas Bros are glad you elected yourself their pro bono body guard, but they'll probably be fine without you.
In any case, if you were a REAL fan, you'd know that the place they moved to is apparently a pretty high-security spot. Even if we knew their street address, GPS coordinates, and floor-plan of their house, Vaquero comes complete with security guards who exist to prevent people like you and me from just wandering in and frolicking naked in their front yard.

xdavidwattsx - You are very welcome. Not even being sarcastic. I was proud of that one.
Though if I could go back and rewrite I would have said "digitally" instead of "electronically". Oh, well.
The rest of you should thank me too, for giving you somebody to have fun mocking, no?
In all seriousness, it is kinda sad making fun of people who are trying to make an earnest point, whatever dumb thing it happens to be about, especially if it is something YOU don't care about.
I know this is probably your little club to snark in (and that is fun), but...this is the internet, anyone can join the conversation, especially when it lands in my inbox.
And being that you don't know who I am, it's funny you assume I am a guy, or not worth respecting. I think we should all treat people we can't see like people we find hot or could give us a raise. I could be your boss.
But all's fair, I guess, because when people comment the way you do on threads like this, I picture them all as that comics store guy from the Simpsons.
Kthxbai.
