FRISCO Approximately 300 new jobs will be created when United Supermarkets’ new Market Street location opens Aug. 27 in Frisco. Prospective Market Street team members may apply online or call 1-888-657-8562 for more information.
The Frisco Market Street store will serve as the anchor tenant for Eldorado Market Place, a 400,000-square-foot shopping center at the northwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and Dallas North Tollway. It is the second of three new Market Street stores scheduled to open this year in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Allen store opened February 29 as the anchor tenant for Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, and a third location will open at Texas Hwy. 121 and Denton Tap Road in Coppell later this year.
The 70,000 square-foot Frisco store will feature the company’s second "A Taste of Market Street" drive-thru store at the corner. It also will include a research-and-development kitchen, drive-thru pharmacy, in-store health care clinic, and several in-store restaurants available for dine-in or take-out, with seating to accommodate more than 125 people for in-store dining.
Market Street is a unique combination of hard-to-find specialty items, gourmet delicacies, certified organic products and value-priced everyday groceries. The first store opened in Wichita Falls in 1998; other stores are located in Amarillo, Lubbock (two), Colleyville, and McKinney.

I'm pretty psyched about these new locations of Market Street which are more accessible for me. They've always been such a supporter of community initiatives (donated tons of food to our CANstruction team), glad to see them growing.
