Family promises to appeal Colleyville exorcism decision

Tom and Judy Schubert, who sued a Colleyville church for performing an exorcism on their daughter, plan to appeal the Texas Supreme Court's dismissal of their case. The state's high court said the church's right to cast out demons is Constitutionally protected. The Schuberts say their then-teenaged daughter Laura was abused, causing irrevocable harm.
