Frisco murder case raises questions of attorney-client privilege
A search warrant that turned up evidence in the death penalty case of a contract murder suspect may result in a judge's recusal. Attorneys defending suspect Mark Bell say the Collin County D.A. violated attorney-client privilege by searching their offices. The attorney general's office says even defenders cannot withhold evidence in a trial. A state hearing next week will determine whether or not Judge Mark Rusch, who authorized the search, will remain on the case.
