Plano City Council to spend tons of money, fix parking
At tonight's bi-weekly meeting, the Plano City Council is apparently set on spending ... let's see ... carry the 1 ... almost $18 million on various bids, contracts and art projects (providing, of course, that they approve all of them).
The council also has a laundry list worth of resolutions on which to decide, including one that will extend no parking zones near Davis Elementary on Parkhaven Drive. One can probably assume that parents had taken to stationing themselves close to the school to pick up their kiddos, thus blocking the way of other motorists.

Now, now, now Alex - I see only one (1) art project, the fire department sculpture.
Let's not get stingy - it's less that it costs to repaint the elevated storage tank on Parker.
But thanks for posting this. Where else but Peg? Thanks!
