Olivella’s in Dallas’ Snider Plaza temporarily closed until August 7
DALLAS As noted by Pegasus News user Michael A., Olivella's, the artisan pizzeria in Snider Plaza, is temporarily closed until Thursday August 7.
According to an employee, the place was shut down in order to train new staffers and work on new recipes. Oh, also, the summer heat is negatively impacting the dough process.
Despite all this, the pizzeria is trying to meet customer demand by selling $10 carry-out pizzas for the rest of the week, until Saturday. And then from Sunday until Thursday, customers will have to fulfill their upscale pizza desires by visiting Fireside Pies, Grimaldi's, Campania, Coal Vines, or Pulcinella.

Wow, that was fast, thanks TG! Although the guy I talked to said they'll reopen on Wednesday, I just hope they don't push it back any further!
