Dallas, TX - The Old Red Museum of Dallas County History & Culture recently received an award for being the Best Venue of the Year given by ISES (International Special Event Society) D/FW Metroplex chapter. The local ISES chapter held the award ceremony on July 21, 2008 at the Studio Movie Grill in Dallas. The Old Red Museum received one of several awards given that night.
Linda Murdock, Old Red Museum's (ORM) Sales Director said "we are both honored and humbled to be given this award. We truly believe our facility provides Dallas area event planners one of the most unique venues in the area. The 1892 Romanesque architecture provides outstanding ambiance as well as stunning views of downtown Dallas." Adds Terrell Falk, ORM President, "It is especially nice to be recognized at this level in our first full year of business."
