Former Arlington ISD superintendent being investigated by El Paso district
Ysleta School District wants to see if Hector Montenegro misused travel funds on their watch, too.
Wow, former Arlington ISD superintendent Hector Montenegro sure leaves a long trail: After resigning from Arlington ISD last week thanks to questions about his lack of financial sense, the Ysleta school district in El Paso, Montenegro's former former employer, has decided to investigate him, too. Ysleta wants to see if Montenegro misused travel funds and/or accepted illegal honorariums on their watch.
