Four men rob North Richland Hills Metro PCS store (w/photos)
Metro PCS robbers
Early Friday morning, July 18, 2008 at approximately 4:20 a.m., four unknown black males forcibly entered the Metro PCS Store located at 5600 Rufe Snow Drive, Suite #106. The actors gained entry into the business, as caught in the security video, when one of the actors used a large brick to shatter the front glass door of the business.
While in the store the actors caused extensive damage and absconded with approximately $4,000.00 worth of equipment and cash. Two of the actors have their faces covered; however, the remaining two actor’s faces are visible on the security footage. These suspects are also believed to be involved in other similar style business burglaries throughout the Mid-Cities area
Anyone with information regarding this offense or similar offences in the area is asked to contact Detective Carrie White with the North Richland Hills Police Department at (817) 427-7035 or (817) 427-7000.

Why are they referred to as actors?

I think that's the new politically correct way of saying "dudes we're pretty sure are guilty and are going to throw into the pokey at the first opportunity."

Rawlins Gilliland says:
CLARIFICATION: This all-in-blue fashion dude was really the Balch Springs she-male spokes-model named 'Shabull'. Head-to-toe shots revealed (the actor thought to be) Shabull sporting matching four inch high French open-toe cobalt (La Lez brand) 'mules' with (said to be faux) marabou fur pom-pom accents topped off by ("flawlessly applied" according to unnamed sources) matching 'Azure Rhapsody' (Bubba-limia brand) toenail polish.
Inside sources (quoting Shabull's agent/attorney) say the normally reclusive Shabull was lured to this store believing Metro PCS meant Peeps Cravin' Shabull and was to be another in a long line of mid-cities strip center fan club raves.
(PS: Check and I bet this happened on RUTH Snow Drive...might be wrong but educated guess.)

Actors? Oh, fine. As if we didn't have enough stigma in the performing arts.
