DCTA enhances Commuter Express Service with new Park and Ride and Guaranteed Ride Home Program
DCTA has added a new Commuter Express Park & Ride location to serve residents of Highland Village and North Lewisville. Beginning Friday, Aug. 1 Commuter Express will pick up passengers at Texas Twister on FM 407, located at 1951 Summit Avenue. Morning departures are 5:50, 6:20, and 6:50. Visit dcta.net for more information or e-mail kbrevard@dcta.net.
In an effort to provide an added benefit to its monthly and annual pass holders, DCTA has initiated a Guaranteed Ride Home Program to provide a subsidized tax-ride home in case of an emergency. This program is effective Aug. 1 and program details can be found at this website
