“The key to the success and continued growth of the office has been the strategic hiring of such talented professionals as David Lubin. David clearly understands client service and has the experience and talent to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. He is a great addition to our team,” Ms. Pesek said.

“Gensler is where I have wanted to be for a long time. Here, I will be able to leverage my best work and provide a deeper resource base to further service our clients,” said Mr. Lubin.

Mr. Lubin's highlights over the past three years included the handling of Pepsico/PBSG, a 250,000-square-foot facility in Frisco; the 62,000-square-foot corporate office of Lincoln Property Co. of Dallas; and a 25,000-square-foot office for Ernst & Young in Austin.

Mr. Lubin holds a B.A. in English from the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee and a B.S. in Interior Design from the University of Texas at Arlington. He was on both schools’ Dean’s and President’s Lists.

He is a professional member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), serving at both the state and local levels, including as a founder/instructor of the IIDA Dallas City Center NCDIQ Study Group. He has also served on the advisory boards of the school of architecture and interior design at the University of Texas at Arlington and the school of architecture at Oklahoma University.
