Three Dallas-based McKool Smith attorneys honored in Super Lawyers list
DALLAS Three attorneys from the Dallas office of McKool Smith, P.C., have earned selections to the Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition based on their work for clients in intellectual property litigation.
McKool Smith principals Doug Cawley, Ted Stevenson and Robert Manley of Dallas are included in the listing of the nation’s top corporate counsel.
“All of these attorneys are very accomplished litigators, and they each deserve mention among the best in the country,” says Mike McKool, co-founder of the firm. “Intellectual property work is the backbone of our firm, and I’m very glad to see our team included in this prestigious list.”
Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition is a leading legal guide for the nation’s top private and publicly held companies. Attorneys selected to the list all previously earned selections to Super Lawyers listings in their individual states. The publication will be released in August 2008, and will be sent to more than 25,000 top corporate counsel and executives nationwide.
Selections to both listings are based on nominations from other attorneys who were asked to name the top legal talent in their respective states. Final selections are made by a blue-ribbon panel of attorneys who are hand-picked by Super Lawyers editors. Less than 5 percent of practicing attorneys are selected to the final lists.
