Juvenile arrested in Arlington murder case involving newspaper carrier

An unnamed (because he's not yet legally an adult) teenage boy has been indicted on charges of capital murder in relation to the Jan. 21 shooting death of David Wayne May, 47, who was in the process of filling newspaper racks near Main Street Cafe in Arlington.

The young man fled to Mississippi after Arlington police began questioning him in the case; he was arrested there on unrelated charges and then transferred back to Texas in May.
