Pedestrian hit, killed by SUV in Fort Worth
The driver swerved to avoid the man, but ended up hitting him and rolling over anyway.
Shortly after midnight on June 4 the driver of an SUV on Northeast Loop 820 near Blue Mound Road swerved in an attempt to avoid a pedestrian. The vehicle both struck the man - not yet identified - killing him, and then proceeded to roll over as a result of the sudden course correction.
The three people inside the SUV were not injured.

Stories like this always seem incomplete to me. I'm always left wondering what the guy was doing in the road, was he even in the road, did the SUV driver hit the guy walking on the shoulder? What's the point in telling me a guy was hit by a car? No offense meant to the poster JM, but towards Dallas news journalists.
