Uncle Barky show interviews Dale Hansen and Pete Delkus
The WFAA8 sportscaster tells about getting fired multiple times by the same boss, while the meteorologist tells how he transitioned from playing baseball to covering the weather.
DALLAS In the most recent installment of the Uncle Barky show, Ed had WFAA8's cutup sportscaster Dale Hansen and meteorologist Pete Delkus. Ed asked them about the origins of their witty repartee.
Dale talks about wanting to be a Disc jockey in the early days and what it took be a sportscaster.
Pete discusses how the decision is made to interrupt shows with weather bulletins
Dale explains how he learned that what comes around goes around. He also mentions that how he tried to change his name. Pete tells us how he always wanted to be a meteorologist.
