Under the agreement, the City of Arlington Municipal Court will employ Tyler’s INCODE Court Case Management, an application for case management, document processing and cash/bond management. The City has also invested in additional applications such as Centralized Cash Collections, Report Writer, Secure Signatures and Forms Overlay to boost operational efficiencies.

Bob Byrd, deputy city manager for Arlington, stated that “The INCODE system offers features that will enable Arlington’s municipal court to operate at a higher level of efficiency, speeding up the overall administration of justice. The solution facilitates the resolution of case management, and as a result, will improve customer service. It provides an effective means for police officer court scheduling and for processing warrants. It will also integrate with our financial system to reduce the need for additional data entry. The INCODE system’s functionality was preferred by all court partners—judiciary, court clerks, police and attorneys—as we worked through our requirements during the evaluation process."

Based in Dallas, Tyler Technologies is a leading provider of end-to-end information management solutions and services for local governments.
