Former Rockwall County district attorney convicted of theft - again
Just as he did back in March, former Rockwall County D.A. Ray Sumrow found himself receiving a guilty verdict from a jury in a case involving theft by a public servant.
According to the news account, Sumrow "appeared stunned" by the outcome, which leaves him liable to serve 20 years in prison if the jury so decides. (The sentencing decision is expected later today, Wed. June 11).
