Carrollton Police search for bank robber of Trinity Mills Road Compass Bank

CARROLLTON On June 11, at approximately 2:30 p.m. a white male suspect entered the Compass Bank at 3040 E. Trinity Mills Road and robbed the bank. According to witnesses, the suspect walked into the bank and approached a teller. The suspect passed the teller a note indicating he was robbing the bank and displayed a handgun. He then fled on foot out of the bank and was last seen running north from the location.
The suspect is described as a white male that appeared to be in his early 20s. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a thin build and no facial hair. He was wearing a dark baseball style cap, sunglasses, a black and white shirt with dark or black colored pants.
The Carrollton Police Department is working with the FBI and is asking anyone with information regarding this offense to contact the police department at 972-466-3333.
