Irving City Council washes away all five Section 3 flood board members
VALLEY RANCH A wave of hostility between Irving city officials and section 3 flood control board members crested Thursday when the council voted 7-2 to replace all five. The flood board members had tried to prevent their ouster by filing unsuccessfully for a temporary restraining order.
