Bukhara Grill in Richardson now called Bukhara Wok
RICHARDSON Bukhara Grille, an Indian restaurant in Richardson that took over the spot where Ali Baba used to be (before it moved across the freeway -- and we're talking about the Richardson Ali Baba versus the new Lakewood Ali Baba), is now called Bukhara Wok. And its chef, Vijay Sadhu, has moved to Clay Pit, reports Bill A. on the Belo Eats blog.
Bukhara became an underground sensation after getting raves on local foodie Web sites. Sadhu told B.A. he will do some Bukhara Grille dishes including the haleem porridge.

Well, I generally opted for Pasand over Bukhara but it was nice to have the option in that area. Oh well. What's Bukhara Wok supposed to be about?

i wonder what prompts you to change something that's wildly popular into something that's a dime a dozen.
