Southlake church gives away free pregnancy (attempt)
Matt and Christina Jonker of Bedford will get a free round of fertility treatment, courtesy of eleven7 church. Just watch out for devil babies.
The eleven7 church in Southlake gave away a free round of fertility treatment to Matt and Christina Jonker of Bedford on Father's Day, the end result of a contest for which over 100 childless couples applied.
Rev. Keith Luttrell says the church conducted the contest to "do for people what they can’t do for themselves." Can I get an "amen," or at least an "Awww....?"

Uhhh...Wouldn't the "Christian" thing to do be to match them with a child already here who needs a good home?
Well, at least it's not a really weird contest with the Reverend making his own donation.

Surely the very thorough reporters here at Pegnews would not have left out a gem like that!

Meh, DMN article just mentions fertility treatment from 2 local clinics...doesn't specify what that constitutes.
Dude could have convinced 100 couples he donated his Jesus semen to be inseminated, for all we know.

jtmbls: Actually, I think the Christian thing to do is be fruitful and multiply, so they're following the Bible on this one.

Sad but true. I meant to say the "Christian with brains" thing to do.
