DFW School Supply Drive at Southlake Central Market offering free “bubbleque” to bring out the charity in you
Starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25th, the Central Market store in Southlake Town Square will be hosting the DFW School Supply Drive, complete with a "BubbleQue."
The event raises school supplies not for school districts as a whole, but for needy kids attending schools throughout DFW.
During last year's event, many do-gooders braved thunderstorms and rain to be greeted by what Juda York of Altrusa DFW calls "the most marvelous BBQ feast, champagne and warm peach cobbler with ice cream."
The items raised at this drive will be given to local chapters of social service organizations Battered Women's Foundation as well as Open Arms, who will then disperse the supplies to the kiddos.

Host: Altrusa DFW
Location: Central Market Cafe Community Room (1425 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake)
When: Wednesday, June 25, 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m
