Conspiracists to conspire at Lakewood Theater for Loose Change film event

2 towers + 9 = 911 = I am convinced.
2 towers + 9 = 911 = I am convinced.

At 8 p.m. on Saturday June 21, conspiracy theorists, moviegoers, and perhaps a regular flavor human being or two will gather at the Lakewood Theater for the premiere of Loose Change Final Cut.

The now finalized film began in 2005 as an online mini-documentary attempting to prove that the September 11 terrorist attacks were orchestrated by the U.S. government.

Although the first, second, and final versions of the film are available online, the Lakewood screening will feature director Dylan Avery, on hand to answer questions and chuck a slew of numbers at you until you just don't know who to trust any longer.

I don't think "a slew of numbers" brought down the towers or hit the Pentagon. I suggust you ask common sense questions...but most of all, I suggest you go and see the film!

Surely you could utilize the accelerometer to tally disgust as people violently shake their iPhone while viewing a specific page...

Oh, GUYS! You're missing it!

Let's get a booth and sell commemorative tinfoil hats. Ya know, get a little foil printer, a cool evocatively paranoid logo, hire a young girl to wear one and just set up shop.

Whadya say? Beats a lemonade stand, right?

USAF: Bush story of 911 is a lie!

"A lot of these pieces of information, taken together, prove that the official story, the official conspiracy theory of 9/11 is a bunch of hogwash. It's impossible," said Lt. Col. Robert Bowman, PhD, U.S. Air Force (ret). With doctoral degrees in Aeronautics and Nuclear Engineering, Col. Bowman served as Director of Advanced Space Programs Development under Presidents Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter.

Col. Bowman: "There's a second group of facts having to do with the cover up. Taken together these things prove that high levels of our government don't want us to know what happened and who's responsible. Who gained from 9/11? Who covered up crucial information about 9/11?"

Is this information in the film? I dunno. Go and find out.

For a while I followed a vicious French site that really hammered the Pentagon crash. Ya gotta ask, "That's a big darned plane, where'd it go and where's the hole?" But I have a hard time climbing on the "huge conspiracy" wagon when we can't get any two people in D.C. to stay on the same page for thirty seconds.

... Oh, except for maybe Halliburton. I guess they're pretty consistent at ripping off their contracts and getting their lobbyists in the White House to give 'em a pass.

Still, I think a hat concession would make some decent coin. Hey! Cheney posted millions on fear (ok, not him "personally" but his legally divested "holdings"), why can't I pay for a new PC with other folks' fear and zealotry? ;o)

It has amazed me how much covert funding the govt has had to put so many people on message boards and forums. Is it funded by seized property ?

Ask yourself how many trucks of drugs are needed to quell the addicts of each and every city and town on a daily basis and you will see where this funding is most likely coming from.

Jason,

There are a lot of people on the same page, even in Washington. If you are truly interested in who was responsible for all the deaths, then I'd think you'd look farther into it. This isn't the first time the gov turned on it's own people and with indifferent attitudes such as shown by some here it damn well WON'T be the last. There is nothing funny about it.

BTW why do you call that a 'vicious' site? The question is one an intellegent person would/should ask. At least in communists countries the people KNEW they were being lied to. How stupid are those Americans that can't figure it out too?

Are you are waiting to hear the truth from the controlled media? You will find that truth from other countries about ours not from ours... nor from those countries we have a choke-hold on.

Jason Rice, says:

Vicious - oh, I guess that could have negative connotations.

They just really jumped on it right away (like two or three weeks in) and just bull-dogged it forever. Of course, I've upgraded my computer a few times since then and lost the link, but it was always fun reading. They're French, codescending and they hated everybody so it always made for a fun schadenfreude kinda read on days when I found myself at the bottom of the food chain at work.

Can't figure what out? Look, I hate the neo-cons as much as the next guy but I pretty much figured out on 9/12 that the US didn't launch planes into the twin towers. I don't think it necessarily makes people stupid simply because they like to put away the tinfoil hat every once in a while.

Kay, says:

cynicism - The Oxford English Dictionary suggests as the usual modern definition (per cynic): showing "a disposition to disbelieve in the sincerity or goodness of human motives and actions" and a tendency "to express this by sneers and sarcasms".

Just my opinion, but my goodness! this seems to be the posting standard - by some - around here. BTW That statement is not sarcasm, that is true.

For justification of cynicism of the government, see articles of impeachment. (sneers and sarcasm not even necessary)

I think you missed the point, sunshine. There's nothing wrong with being a cynic sometimes but it isn't a sign of one's intelligence. Sometime common sense has to prevail. You know, like Dubya didn't launch planes into the twin towers. Which is what this topic is about last time I scrolled to the top.

Put away your tinfoil, homie.

Kay, says:

I don't believe the topic is, as you said, about Dubya launching planes into the towers...moonshine. (Tho, he apparently damn well knew they were coming down, as did Rudy and many others.)

I believe the topic is regarding the lies we have been told and that it COULD NOT have happened as the government insists it did. There is NOTHING "COMMON SENSE" about the absurdity of their version. ALL common sense shows just the opposite.

You really are lacking in the reality of what's been discovered since the shock of the event. No tin foil hat is needed, and you can take off your blinders at any time.
