Grand Prairie’s Riverside Golf Club under contract to Dallas developer
Huffines Communities could seal the deal by late 2008.
The S-T reports a planned 3500-home Viridian development in Arlington may include a golf course. Grand Prairie's Riverside golf course is under contract to Dallas-based Huffines Communities, and may close by the end of 2008.
