Innocent man exonerated by DNA evidence wants to clear his name

— Steven Phillips, who was exonerated by DNA evidence last year after serving 26 years for a rape he didn't commit, now seeks to clear his name. Phillips says he confessed to other crimes he didn't commit in hopes of lightening his sentence, and DNA evidence can prove his innocence. If successful, Phillips -- now free -- would no longer be on probation.
