Multiply-convicted Rockwall County D.A. resigns from jail
ROCKWALL — After refusing to leave office the first time the first time he was criminally charged and denying wrongdoing during his second theft trial (in which he was found guilty), Ray Sumrow resigned his post from jail on Wednesday. Not a moment too soon. Seriously.
