“An office in downtown Fort Worth represents a good investment for us,” said Brad Forsberg, managing partner, KPMG. “We see tangible returns in the quality of work life for our employees and a sense of pride in being a part of the future of Sundance Square and downtown Fort Worth.”
“The business climate in Sundance Square and downtown Fort Worth has been very strong. Renewals from tenants such as KPMG reinforce that Sundance Square will continue to thrive well into the next decade,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square.
The Wells Fargo Tower, located at 201 Main Street in Fort Worth, is a 33-story glass tower of Class A office space, built in 1982. The tower is located across from the Renaissance Worthington hotel.
