Dallas police, fire, and city officials unveil new Katy Trail safety feature
DALLAS Dallas fire and police officers Friday morning unveiled new 911 trail markers at 1/8 mile intervals the 3.5 mile Katy Trail. The markers are part of $800,000 in lights and other safety improvements following a handful of assaults on trail users.
