Highland Park to add luxury mid-rise homes
DALLAS According to the Dallas Business Journal a three-story project, named The Ravello, will be built by Sharif & Munir, along with Gray & Co. Realtors, Inc., on Lomo Alto Drive in Highland Park.
The project will consist of six residences, two on each floor, with an average 4,800 square feet per unit, priced from $3.75 million.
A private elevator, three parking spaces in a gated underground garage and private storage will be part of the deal.
Each homeowner will have an opportunity to create a custom home designed to their exact specifications.
