High-powered weaponry stolen from unmarked cop car parked at Dallas’ Northpark Mall

Email Print Tell us your story Comment (1)

Sometime Tuesday evening in the parking lot outside Dillards in Northpark Mall, thieves broke into an unmarked Dallas police vehicle and made off with $5K worth of loot including an "assault rifle" (I'm guessing an AR-15), ammunition and two police radios.

There are no suspects in the theft, and none of the stolen items has yet been recovered.

Authorities are undoubtedly NOT hoping to find spent brass.
