The TCU women's tennis team moved nine spots to No. 22 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings released on Tuesday. Nina Munch-Soegaard and Anna Sydorska also entered the singles rankings, while the doubles duo of Sydorska and Macall Harkins remained ranked.

The Horned Frogs are currently 5-3 on the season and are coming off of a tough 4-3 loss to No. 15 Fresno State on Monday. Tuesday's ranking is the highest for TCU since the Frogs were ranked No. 17 on Feb. 21, 2007.

Anna Sydorska moved back into the singles rankings at No. 67 nationally. Sydorska is currently 6-2 in singles play, and toppled No. 22 Taylor Ormond of Baylor earlier this season.

Nina Munch-Soegaard also re-entered the rankings on Tuesday at No. 87. Munch-Soegaard is currently 5-3 this season at the top singles position, and upset No. 11 Melanie Gloria of Fresno State on Monday.

The Horned Frog duo of Harkins and Sydorska slid three spots to No. 14 after suffering their first loss to the nation's top-ranked tandem of Gloria and Rowe of Fresno State on Monday. The TCU duo is 6-1 this season, with two wins over nationally ranked opponents.

The women's tennis team will travel to Winston-Salem, N.C., to face No. 37 Wake Forest on Thursday at 2 p.m.
