Woman accused of hate crimes indicted in Arlington

Arlington resident Grace Head was indicted Thursday on hate crime charges. Head, who is white, is accused of hitting Kay Silk Littlejohn, who is black, in the head with a 2x4 wooden board. Head is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a criminal mischief charge, but could face life in prison since the charges were submitted to the grand jury as hate crimes.

Well, if it was back of the head I can see where you're coming from Pavel. But, per CBS 11's article, it was in the face.
That, and I don't recall the stooges spraypainting hate phrases on houses days later.
