Hyatt Regency Dallas and Anheuser-Busch are offering a new "Burger & Beer" menu available now through April at Centennial Café and Monduel’s bar at Hyatt Regency Dallas.

The five burgers -- comprised of beef fajita, chicken, lamb, risotto, or Kobe -- were created by Hyatt’s Executive Chef Hermann Heimeyer and paired with specific beers. Ranging in price from $21-$24, the specialty menu is as follows:

• Mexican Fajita burger with Toña cerveza: Authentic spice beef patty on cornmeal bun, toasted bell peppers, red onions, lettuce, queso fresco, crisp tortilla chips, zesty epazote herb mayonnaise.

• Far East Chicken Twin burger with Tiger beer: Coriander chicken patties in toasted rice buns, shiitake mushroom slaw, Daikon sprouts, taro strings, sweet chili dipping sauce.

• Indian Tandoori Lamb burger with King Fisher beer: Dark oat bun, Bibb lettuce, tomato, goat cheese, pappadam chips, fresh mint hummus, imli garam masala spice yogurt dipping sauce.

• Tuscan Risotto burger with Michelob Ultra beer: Roasted mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, reggiano cheese, savory herbs over romaine lettuce brushed with lemon basil emulsion, romano beans, asparagus, toasted fennel, kalamata olives, plum tomato, micros

• Lone Star Kobe burger with Ziegen Bock Amber beer: Rustic ciabatta bun, Bibb lettuce, grape tomatoes, Spanish onions, Dallas’ own fresh mozzarella cheese, crisp fries, jalapeno ketchup

The Hyatt Regency Dallas is also home to Antares restaurant, which has been temporarily closed since November 2007 for a renovation scheduled to be completed in fall 2008. For more information, visit the Web site or call 214 651 1234.

Bill Holston, says:

Kellers: No. 5 with onion rings only $2.49 for the double meat cheese burger and $1.65 for the longneck.

Or, you could go ahead and spring for a six back of Shiner Black for $6.50, have the no 5 and still have ten bucks left....
