Thieves in Hurst will test-drive your motorcycle and not come back

It's that time again. The Hurst Police Department has released its weekly Crime Updates for both businesses and residences within the city. The following crimes were reported between Sunday March 2 and Saturday March 8:

At the very cusp of Thursday morning (12:01 a.m.), two suspects began their day by stealing a case of Coors Light from a gas station near 1600 Precinct Line Road (suspects: two black males, medium build, wearing braids in their hair and had sagging blue jeans shorts).

On Friday around 1:28 a.m., a suspect at a pharmacy near 700 W Bedford Euless Road attempted to pass off a forged prescription (suspect: white male approximately 6'02"-6'03", 45 YOA, 175 lbs., sandy brown hair, and dressed neatly and driving a Gray Chevy 4-door vehicle).

Two vehicles parked in a mall parking lot (600 Bellaire Drive) were sprayed with both shaving cream and black spray paint sometime around 2:00 a.m on Sunday. Suspects unknown.

And later in the evening, around 7:30 p.m., a suspect test drove a motorcycle that was advertised for sale near 600 Melbourne Road. He put on the helmet, rode off, and did not return. The bike was a Honda CBR-600 (suspect: W/M; 5’8” to 5’10”, mid 20’s, thin build).
