Six Flags Over Texas being sued by Oklahoma woman
Oklahoma resident Trista Price is suing Six Flags Over Texas over an incident in March 2006 in which she, along with several other people, was injured when the Texas Tornado ride malfunctioned.
The Texas Tornado is not among those listed on the Six Flags website, so that death trap has either remained closed since 2006 or it's been renamed something more innocuous.

Ah, the Gunslinger -- that's definitely the innocuous name I'd go for to have people forget that they might be putting their lives in danger on this ride.

Andrew, says:
I guess that "Vomit Swing" or "Kinderpuken" was already taken or trademarked by another park.
