Grapevine cops ticket teens for alcohol consumption

Email Print Tell us your story Comment

Wednesday night (March 19) shortly after 10 p.m., Grapevine PD officers responded to a call from a neighbor complaining about noise and "possible underage drinking" going on at a house in the 1800 block of Johnson Court.

Upon investigation, they did indeed discover unchaperoned teens in the process of imbibing. The red-handed (wet-throated?) young people received tickets for suspicion of underage alcohol consumption and then were released into the custody of their parents, who apparently weren't too far away to begin with if they were able to show up and grab their unruly progeny from the arms of John Law on such short notice.
