Mav’s Nowitzki out with sprained ankle, knee
On Monday the Dallas Maverick's forward Dirk Nowitzki said he's not sure when he expects to recover from injuries sustained on Sunday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
With three minutes to go in the third quarter, Nowitzki landed wrong, real wrong, after trying to block a shot, resulting in a "moderate high left ankle sprain" and a "mildly sprained left knee."
Click here for a still frame of Dirk writhing in agony and some video of the fall, if you're into watching people get hurt and talking about it at work.
