Warped Tour coming to Dallas on July 3

Warped Tour recently announced its 2008 tour schedule, which features a stop at the Superpages.com Center on July 3. The kickoff party is on April 11 at the famed Key Club in Los Angeles, with the first tour stop in Pomono, CA at the end of June and circling around the U.S. and Canada until the final stop in mid-August in Los Angeles.
Unfortunately for Dallas concert-goers, Pennywise, Bouncing Souls, and Rise Against will be on the tour but after July 3. Sky Eats Airplane, who is from Fort Worth, is not even playing the Dallas date according to the calendar. Gracing our fair city, however, will be such bands as Angel and Airwaves, Every Time I Die, Gym Class Heroes, Norma Jean, Paramore, Reel Big Fish, Say Anything, Story of the Year, and The All-American Rejects, among dozens of others.

Why does Warped insist on coming here and having an outdoor show every year in July or August. Didn't they get the memo that standing outside on the pavement all day in Texas sucks?
Oh well, I'm not really interested in the lineup anyway.
